Lesson 1: Introduction: Regaining Authority in the Seven Mountains
What are the “Seven Mountains”, or the top seven cultural spheres of influence, in our society? Why is it important for parents to be aware of these mountains as they nurture their children and guide them as they search for God’s calling in their lives? In this lesson, Craig teaches about the significance of these mountains and the unseen practices that set current top leaders in these areas apart from others.
Lesson 2: Why Blessing is a Powerful Ancient Path
Why is “blessing” such an important thing for a parent to impart to their children? Our culture has largely lost the significance of what it means to bless someone, and it comes as no surprise that the term carries little weight in many circles. This lesson focuses on digging into the Biblical importance of what blessing is, explains how it is still practical today, and gives examples of how you can start implementing a culture of blessing in your family that can literally change the lives of your children.
Lesson 3: When Does a Boy Become a Man? Lack of Blessing has Consequences
When does your son become a man instead of a boy, or your daughter a woman rather than a girl? In this lesson, Craig teaches about the importance of releasing your children into the distinction of adulthood and how you can do so at the appropriate time. You will also learn what happens when sons and daughters do not receive God’s blessing messages about their identity and destiny from their parents and the potential consequences that can result.
Lesson 4: Discipline in Honor or Shame
How do you effectively discipline the wrong behavior in your children without damaging their identity? Most parents understand it is necessary to correct behavior from time to time but struggle to find the balance between correction and wounding when they discipline. In this lesson, you will learn to bless your children while applying effective discipline and how doing so is the model God intended us to follow from the very beginning!
Lesson 5: Creating a Culture of Blessing in Marriage
Many people view the concept of “shame” and “guilt” as synonymous in our current culture. In the first part of this lesson, you will learn the true meaning of both concepts and why it is critical to understand the difference if you want to effectively bless your children. In the second part of this lesson, Craig helps you learn to bless your spouse on a regular basis. This strengthens your relationship and the foundation of your family, draws you closer together and provides a model for your children to follow in their own lives.
Lesson 6: Blessing in 7 Life Stages: God’s Message and Conception 
There are seven critical times that God intended a person to receive an impartation of blessing during their lives. In this lesson Craig introduces you to these critical moments and shares why they are important in the lives of each person. Beginning with the time of conception, blessing communicates being wanted, loved and accepted and wards off the negative results of potential curses.
Lesson 7: Blessing in 7 Life Stages: The Womb and Birth
Being blessed during the time in the womb and at birth creates security, while struggles with sexual identity and fears can result from curses. This lesson outlines the behaviors that result in both blessing and cursing. It also includes remedial prayers to break off potential curses and trauma from past births and gives suggestions for prayers that release blessing.
Lesson 8: Blessing in 7 Life Stages: Infancy, Early Childhood and Puberty 
Being blessed during early infancy and childhood creates acceptance, while during puberty blessing can prepare a daughter’s heart for marriage and teach a son how to be a man. The consequences of curses during these seasons can result in lack of security, trust and lifelong unrest and quest for identity. This lesson points out behaviors that produce blessing and curses includes remedial prayers and suggestions for a rite of passage ceremony for releasing your child into adulthood.
Lesson 9: Blessing in 7 Life Stages: Marriage and Older Age
This lesson outlines the behaviors that result from blessing and curses during the life season of marriage, including remedial and preventative prayers. It then shifts focus to the importance of children blessing their parents when they reach older age. When a blessing is imparted, it completes the cycle of blessing and is reciprocated, while cursing can result in lifelong bitterness and shortening of life. This lesson closes by reviewing the seven critical times of blessing and outlining the major life questions to be answered in each.
Lesson 10: 8 Negative Life Patterns: Father/Son, Father/Daughter  
What happens in the life of an adult son who has not received his father’s blessing? Many potential results can affect the son’s relationships with his spouse, employer, and authority figures due to the longing for the blessing he may not even know he needs. The potential results are similar for an adult daughter who received no father’s blessing, but with some significant differences particularly in her marriage relationship. In this lesson, Craig explains what a lack of father's blessing looks like for adult sons and daughters and how it can be overcome.
Lesson 11: 8 Negative Life Patterns: Mother/Son, Mother/Daughter
What negative life patterns happen when an adult son or daughter doesn’t receive their mother’s blessing? Some results are similar to not receiving the father’s blessing, but there are also different and unique consequences. In this lesson, Craig gives eight examples of what this may look like for adult sons and adult daughters who are rejected by their mother.
Lesson 12: Conclusion: 4 Key Components of Blessing
In this final lesson, you will review the four key components for creating a culture of blessing in your family: regular times of blessing, a rite of passage / time of releasing into adulthood, the distinction between identity and behavior, and prayer-filled unity of the parents. As you apply these important principles in your life, you will plant the seed of blessing in your family that will unlock prosperity for your children, grandchildren, and generations to come!
